Heavy rain last night took shelter in the woods and more rain this morning, had lunch in the bus stop shelter. Got soaked right through started heading for hotel in Binche but when we arrived thers no hotel, just heavy rain pitched tent pretty quickley after not finding a hotel. Really need to charge my phone and power monkey battery. Every thing dry except the tent. I wonder how much weight im carrying with the dew and rain water on the tent fly. Bike feeling really good. Just brought tiger balm for the knees we both feeling it. im riding fully loaded need to cut weight at some point. Cycled along a very good canal path around mons massive barges carry 900 tons alzo fully loaded.
