Woke up to a lovely sunny day but noticed the tent had the start of the dreaded mildew on the fly sheet so a quick call to hiking legend puk in new Zealand had us sitting about to 1300 to get it dry he recommended vinegar wipe over followed by baking soda and a good dry. By the end of the day we had reached the Canal de la Marne au Rhin which should take us in to Strasbourg to join the river Rhine.
