I seem to be ok with the tic bites tired legs but that could be all the cycling right been looking for the cyclopista del sole path it passes in this city so with a bit of luck and a trip to the book shop i should be happily cycling on quite roads again. Suns out and lovely weather. Fixed hole in sleeping mat with some seamseal that came with the mat no instructions so i just put a bit over,the hole no patch so ill see how it holds.
